Documentation & Customs
Incoterms, import duties, tariff classification, and commercial trade filings.
To avoid customs holds at the port of entry, these core documents are usually required:
- Commercial Invoice: Itemized value, HS code, country of origin, and currency terms.
- Packing List: Net and gross weights, piece counts, and packaging per pallet.
- Transport Document: Air Waybill, Bill of Lading, or road consignment note.
- Certificate of Origin: Needed to claim preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.
Delivery & Receiving
Final-mile distribution, delivery appointments, re-routing, and delivery receipts.
After arrival and customs release, freight moves to a local cross-dock or freight station. Our dispatch team arranges a delivery appointment with the receiver and the right equipment, such as liftgate trucks or flatbeds, based on site requirements.
